Translator's notes: «αγριολούλουδο» means any wild, i.e. not cultivated, plant or flower; literally it is a "field-flower": think of the poppies that used to flower in the wheat fields (before pesticides); depending on how you look at them, they are (beautiful) flowers or (unwanted) weeds. Hence the translation in line 3. As for "(the wild weed) will flower again", it rhymes so nicely that I sacrificed the more literal "...will survive" or "... will endure".
