Registrar's Complaints and Inquiries (RCI) Process

All complaints and concerns are dealt with through the Registrar's Complaints and Inquiries Process, including those complaints relating to the Code of Ethics (Regulation 580/05). Such matters are initially handled by a__igned staff and may or may not proceed to a formal complaint. Detailed procedures and related information is available in the Guide to REBBA 2002.
