Playing with a thought
to please a primitive urge
dormant, obsessive itch
no reason to let it pass

Hideously slicing through smooth skin
permanently damaging tender surface
inserting leeches to open wounds
pus is sucked out

The infection is beginning to fade
filth dripping down the drain
the cleansing is almost complete
as the body ceases to breathe

Vibrations and shakes start to show
under the skin leeches have grown
feeding on the blue body
they'll eat their way out for sure
